Items purchased in sale periods or using one-time promotional codes (e.g. exclusive email discounts) are not eligible for refunds.

These can be returned for store credit only (equal to the price paid).

Orders using the Welcome Discount are treated as standard purchases and remain eligible for refund, exchange or credit — as long as the code is not combined with other promotions.

Customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own return shipping label.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
