We hope you love everything you order from us — but if something’s not quite right, no stress at all. You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.

We’ve scrapped exchanges to keep things simple (and faster). If you need a different size, colour, or style, just place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Before you send anything back, make sure to submit your return via our Returns Submission Form — this helps to keep things smooth on both ends.

UK Returns

We want you to love your AP gear — but if something’s not quite right, returns are easy.

We offer free return shipping on all UK orders. That said, a £4 processing fee per item will be deducted from refunds. This small charge helps us cover the real-world costs of handling returns — things like quality checking, repackaging and getting the item ready for its next life.

+ Prefer store credit?

Good shout. If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, we’ll waive the fee entirely. You save a few quid, and it helps keep the operation ticking over.

+ Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges — here’s why:
It’s faster and easier for everyone if you place a new order for the size or style you need, then return the original. That way, you’re not left waiting while stock shifts around in the background.

+ Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached
  • Please include the packing list, if you still have it
  • All items are inspected when they arrive back with us


If something is returned in a damaged or unsellable condition, we may send it back and reserve the right to refuse the refund.

EU Returns


EU returns are customer-paid, unless your item is faulty or damaged — in which case, we’ll sort it.

The good news? We don’t charge a processing fee for EU returns.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Please include your packing list, if you’ve still got it
  • All items are inspected on arrival


If something comes back in a condition we can’t resell, we may return it to you and can't guarantee a refund.

Rest of World (RoW) Returns


Ordered from outside the UK or EU and something’s not quite right? No problem. You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.

+ Need a different size or item?

If you’d like something else, just place a new order and return the original for a refund.

+ A few things to know:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • We don’t charge a processing fee on international returns

+ Before sending your item back, make sure:

  • It’s unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • You include the packing list, if possible

All items are inspected on return — if the item isn’t in resellable condition, we may return it to you and can’t guarantee a refund.
