Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the contact form below. Return the goods you are unhappy with within 30 days of receiving the items to be eligible for refund/exchange. Please note, all items being returned for a refund or exchange should be both unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Please return the items in the original packaging where possible and include the packing list.


At present, we only offer free returns on faulty/damaged items. If an item is being returned because the customer ordered the wrong size, they should return the unwanted product(s) at their own expense. For UK customers, the replacement product will then be sent back to the customer at AP’s expense. For all other customers, postage fees for the replacement product will be invoiced to the customer.

You should state your order number, reason for return, and, where applicable, the item you would like to exchange it for.

We endeavour to get back to all customers within 24 hours of receipt of the returns form.
