UK Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@angrypablo.cc to let us know what it is you’re returning. Once all the necessary information is received, we will provide details about the exchange/refund process. Items must be returned within 30 days in order to be eligible for a refund or like-for-like exchange. Please note, all items being returned to us should be unwashed, unused and in the original packaging. We also ask our customers to include the packing list and original hang tags where applicable.

At present, we only offer free returns on faulty/damaged items. If an item is being returned because the customer ordered the wrong size, they should return the unwanted product(s) at their own expense. For UK customers, the replacement product will then be sent back to the customer free of charge. For all other customers, postage fees for the replacement product will be covered by the customer.

Please note the following:

  • If items are returned to us without notification, this may delay the exchange/refund process. 
  • If items are returned in an unsellable condition, we will be unable to process your exchange/refund.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days in order to be eligible for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
