A New Generation Of Riding

Ever since we can remember, our lives have been linked by cycling.

We started off in the same town, but life soon took us in different directions: one became a professional cyclist, the other went to university. But every year, no matter where we were in the world, we’d meet up and cycle together. Just like old times.

As the years passed by, we realised something had changed. Cycling had stopped getting us excited like it used to. Sure, the clothes got tighter and the bikes got faster. But it was harder to recognise the sport we fell in love with all those years ago.

It all just felt too serious. We didn’t feel at home in an industry where you only fit in if you had the latest gear or had the most expensive bike. It seemed like, in the search for the fastest times and the most high-tech clothes, people had forgotten how to turn off their computers and chat to the rider next to them.

For us, cycling is a lifestyle and we live for the freedom, camaraderie and adventure it brings. That’s why we wanted to strip cycling back to the basics and focus on everything that made us fall in love with the sport.

We are Angry Pablo. A brand that redefines what it means to be a cyclist and focuses on the lifestyle element that we love. Our mission is to produce unique and innovative clothing that doesn’t take itself too seriously and breaks the mould of cycling fashion, both on and off the bike. Our signature character Pablo is a light-hearted critique of those cyclists that inadvertently brought us on this journey.

Join us and become a part of a new generation of riding.

Angry Pablo - Socking it to Cycling

Our mission to reinvigorate cycling sprang from a passionate discussion about a topic that affects us all: socks.

We’d been all over the world and were separated by more than 3500km, yet we both experienced the same frustrations when looking for a pair of cycling socks that looked the part and whose cuff length hadn’t halved by the end of the ride (we’ve all been there- socks that slip...).

After months of sketching, experimenting and heated discussion, we slipped our feet into the final version of what became our iconic High Top Cycling Socks. All the hard work had paid off and we finally had a sock that could perform under pressure and turn heads at the same time.

But that was just the beginning. We realised we had an amazing opportunity to make the cycling lifestyle stylish, accessible and more sustainable.

First came our Bio Bottles, made using sugarcane-based bio material so every sip can be guilt free. Then we turned to our Tencel™ tees, made using the natural cellulose found in wood pulp. We followed these up with our cork leather wallets so you can carry your cycling drip around in your pocket.

It’s been a wild ride so far and we can’t wait to show you what we’re going to do next. We’re cyclists, so we love a challenge. That’s why we’re committed to making the transition to a fully plastic-free business by 2023.

We hope you’ll join us for the ride.
